SelfX Self-Expanding Stent System

Designed to conform with tortuous anatomy and facilitate exact positioning, the JOSTENT SelfX stent and delivery system has been developed to meet the highest demands of flexibility, strength and precise positioning. The stent is manufactured from a solid nitinol tube, i.e. there are no welding points or filament crossings. The stent has highly elastic properties and conforms smoothly to the anatomy.
Features
Excellent flexibility
Wave shaped zig-zags with rounded smooth edges and a highly polished surface
minimizes strut protrusion avoiding crossing struts.

Complying smoothly to anatomy, minimizing the straightening force upon the artery. Superior flexibility without kinking.

Virtually no shortening The stent design in conjunction with high flexibility allows deployment without significant shortening. Two highly radiopaque markers indicating stent position.

Optimal trackability and pushability
Excellent trackability and pushability to reach and cross target lesion.
Atraumatic flexible tip for safe navigation.
Force and flexibility
The SelfX XF offers extra strength for tortuous lesions that require a high
force self-expanding stent.
