Kissing Balloon Technique, 6F (0.066") Guiding Catheter

This transradial case was performed by Dr. F. Kiemeneij (OLVG Amsterdam, The Netherlands) during a live case from the Cardio Centro Ticino in Lugano (Switzerland).
Pre-PTCA, 3 severe lesions (Proximal and Bifurcation).
Kissing balloon technique. Positioning and inflation of 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm Maestro balloon catheter through a 6F (0.066") guiding catheter.
Direct stenting proximal lesion with 4.0 x 15 mm stent. Final result post-procedure.
