MULTI-LINK VISION Coronary Stent System (International)
Discover a new world. See our Vision.
Abbott Vascular is recognized as a world leader in stent design and innovation. After 6 generations of success in stainless steel stent design, Abbott Vascular is leading again with ML VISION Coronary Stent System — the first in an entirely new class of cobalt chromium stents.
ML VISION Coronary Stent is laser-cut from a cobalt chromium superalloy that allows us to reduce strut thickness without compromising radial strength or radiopacity.
The result? Extraordinary deliverability, and the best clinical outcomes we’ve ever had.

Thinner struts — for excellent clinical outcomes
- The ML VISION Coronary Stent thin strut design — just .0032" thick — opens the path for an enlarged lumen, less vessel injury, and extraordinary clinical results.
- In comparing stents with different strut thicknesses, the ISAR STEREO II clinical trial1 concluded that thin strut design is associated with significantly lower restenosis rates and has a significant impact on clinical outcomes.
The best clinical data Abbott Vascular has ever had for a coronary stent!
VISION Registry 6–month clinical data highlights:
- TLR2 of 4.3%
- Clinically driven TLR3 of 1.9%
- MACE4 of 6.2%
1. ISAR STEREO II: Schühlen, H. et al. Presented at TCT 2002.
2. Target Lesion Revascularization (TLR; also called Target Site
Revascularization - TSR) measures clinical revascularization at the area within
and adjacent to the stent. TLR is defined as a repeat procedure at the original
lesion site any time during the follow-up period (one type of clinical
restenosis).
3. Clinically driven target lesion revascularization (TLR) provides an estimate
of the rate of TLR that might have been observed if angiographic follow-up had
not been required by the protocol. It is TLR due to > 50% DS (Diameter
Stenosis) with ischemic symptoms or positive functional study or due to >
70% DS without ischemic symptoms or positive functional study.
4. Major Adverse Cardiac Events
